ABOUT
My name is Mélanie Dubois and I am an Event Management student at Humber College. I am also the producer of the Act Fast Theatre Festival, a unique theatrical event where 5 new plays will be created and presented publicly in only 1 day!
Thanks to generous support from the Humber College Community Partnership Fund, this event brings together 40 students from across 8 academic programs offered at Humber College who are given the opportunity to apply their skills and education while gaining real-world experience in a hands-on learning environment while collaborating across disciplines towards one common goal. Our College Students will also serve as mentors to our High School participants, creating pathways to Post-Secondary education.
Join us at The Assembly Hall on Saturday, February 9th @ 8:00 pm to see for yourself what can be achieved when students work together!
TICKETS ARE PRICED FOR ACCESSIBILITY
Ticket revenue will be re-invested in the community by way of much-needed supplies for our Community Partners, Lakeshore Arts and Regent Park Focus Youth Arts and Media Centre, as well as through a contribution to Humber College's Event Management Scholarship Fund.
